Currently we are seeking the potential candidates to be part of our team as :
Responsibilities:
- To perform due diligence on projects throughout Altus worldwide operations as per request from Manager – Project Management or General Manager.
- To conduct project feasibility studies in conjunction with other departments, including the preparation of project descriptions, risk and profit analysis, comprehensive, integrated operational and financial modeling.
- To analyze financial data prepared by other departments, check for consistency and completeness there of and extract information required for the preparation of subsidiary documentation.
- To maintain collegial working relationships with other employees within the Company and its affiliates.
- To maintain documentation, progress note and records according to departmental standard.
- To use various software applications, such as MS Word, Excel and Power Point, relational database, statistical packages and graphics packages to assemble, manipulate and / or format data and / or reports.
People Management and Development:
- To plan and delegate daily activities for staff to increase performance as well as personal development.
- To direct and maintain teamwork in order to achieve maximum performance.
- To review and evaluate team member performance.
- Requirement:
- Male & Female, max 35 Years
- Bachelor Degree majoring industrial Engineering
- Having Experience min 5-10 years as Business Analyst
- Computer Literate and English Proficiency
