HR OPERATION DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

Develop, maintain and update HR data both hard and softcopy into a manageable database system and serve the business lines with accurate and reliable HR data for various purpose in order to become HR administration expert.

Requirements:
1. Min. Diploma degree major in Information System or Management Information,
2. Min. 2 years experiences in HR or Information System,
3. Familiar with HRMS and payroll system,

Responsibilities:
1) Compile, organize and maintain all employee s data, turn over and other changes which include salary changes, status changes and other miscellaneous personnel information from Paytrak payroll system and Unix in order to update current employees data.
2) Support payroll section in inputting and maintaining employee monthly payroll in Jakarta in order to paid monthly salary on time.
3) Support HR function in preparing personnel data to be ready to be transformed to ERP in order to provide an assistant in implementing ERP – HRIS Petrosea.
4) Support C&B function in providing accurate data related to salary grading, job evaluation, general increase, merit increase and other related matter for futher C&B process.
5) Ensure that all relevant data for new hires are maintained in a systematic database and easy to find for various purposes of personnel data.
6) Support HR member in providing data, information, data manipulation, queries report and maintain data in accurate and timely manner in order to provide information assistance.

CUSTOMS COORDINATOR

Monitor all the importation / custom activities to ensure all company s imported goods are arrive in desired location with efficient cost, conform to customs laws and regulation in terms of supporting company s field operations.

Requirements:
1. Min. 5 years in relevant experiences,

3. Familiar with the Master List BKPM / oil and gas,
4. Good understanding and implementation of international freight processing and system,
5. Good understanding and implementation of customs regulations/laws and procedures,

Responsibilities:
1) Control and verify the circulation of documents related to transportation, export, import customs clearance as well as delivery to site to ensure all goods shipped are equipped with complete legal documents.
2) Prepare import clearance file and identification of Import Harmonize System code to ensure all files and codes are complete and proper.
3) Monitor shipping forecast start off from carriers through Freight Forwarder and provide necessary and regular information in order to anticipate difficulties and adapt corrective measure to the actual situation.
4) Monitor handling and boarding operations at ports of loading and discharge at any port or airport of discharge (in Jakarta), or at transshipment port, receipt of goods, customs clearance and delivery to site to ensure all goods are arrived in respected destination without any difficulties.
5) Monitor and coordinate all movement of materials / equipment from supplier s ex work to the fabrication yard or storage area to ensure all movement are runs well and tractable.
6) Assist manager in reviewing and monitoring all customs examinations by external auditors & resolve the customs issues to ensure that customs issues are resolved efficiently.
7) Update and maintain the Oil and Gas & BKPM Master List in order to propose for achieve custom relief.

DRILL & BLAST ENGINEER

Develop drill and blast designs, implement designs in conjunction with blasting sub-contractor and monitor drill and blast results, acknowledging inefficiencies and recommending changes accordingly to ensure high quality, cost effective and safe blasting occur.

Requirements:
1. Min Bachelor degree in Mining, Civil Engineering or Geologist with Class II Blaster Certificate,
2. Min. 2 years previous experiences in drilling & blasting,
3. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa, written & verbal,
4. Understanding applications of drill blast design and shot plus software,
5. Familiar with designing drill and blast, leading the team and explosives handling.

Responsibilities:
1) Develop, recommend and implement suitable strategies to provide optimal blasting solutions and improve blasting performance to operations.
2) Ensure the drilling plan is provided in a timely manner and the drill is working productively in the most cost effective and safe manner.
3) Coordinate blasting activities, lead and control blasting crew to ensure agreed mine plan is being followed.
4) Analyze and communicate drilling and blasting issues to short term engineer and mining operation in order to provide technical support to site based personnel.
5) Monitor and control drill and blast operations and activities in progress to ensure high standards of safety are always upheld.

GEOLOGIST

Responsible for geological and geo-technical support that is provide to the mining engineering and mining sections and to ensure that all planning and scheduling is based on an accurate understanding of the nature of the reserves and that operations are performing in accordance to client s quality control expectations.

Requirements:
1. Min. 3 years experiences in Geologist,
2. Fluent in English, written and verbal,
3. Willing to be placed in all project locations,
4. Able to do Pit Optimisations,
5. Able to use mining software for geological module,
6. Required to work flexible hours to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for the collection, validation, and processing of all necessary geological information to interpolate and define the basic geological model.
2) Facilitate the development, implementation and continuous improvement of a set of standard operating procedures.
3) Responsible for the establishment of quality and grade control procedures to monitor and reconcile product quality.
4) Ensure that geologist are closely monitoring work practices and face locations to ensure that operations are guided through any geological discontuinities.
5) Mantain a strong capability in the mine planning software.
6) Coach and mentor mining engineers, geologist and supervisors to ensure that they are understand in the geological nature of the mineral/ore deposit that is being mined.
7) Contribute to the compilation of tenders by providing reserve estimations and other advice needed by the Lead Estimator.

PROJECT MANAGER

Requirements:

4. Comprehensive knowledge of and mining management principles and practices and the associated flow of design and mining project management,
5. Ability to recognize potential claims and manage project contract activities to avoid costly claims and litigation,
6. Ability to supervise and evaluate the work of subordinates, Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written,
7. Ability to develop and maintain effective monitoring and control systems and carry them to the, intended conclusions to meet Agency goals for the program.

Responsibilities:
1) Plan and control the flow of work for a mining project, including estimating time, supplies and personnel required for completing the project to ensure that projects are being carried out according to established plan.
2) Direct, control and execute the Project by conducting a kick off meeting with the Project Team, assign duties and responsibilities as detailed in the functional matrix in order to ensure project initial are well managed.
3) Direct, review and analyze client specifications and documents to ensure the requirements defined are incorporated into the works and the responsibilities allocated under the project quality system are understood and implemented.
4) Prepare, control and implement project budgets, mining schedules, project reporting, progress assessment and project execution plan, take personal responsibility and accountability for cash flow, receivables and return on capital of the project to ensure budget are meet with operational needs and requirements.
5) Interface and coordinate subcontract activities to ensure that they will support the achievement of project aims and the support of company objectives.
6) Direct, monitor and utilize company s equipment efficiently, maintain schedule compliance on planned maintenance and reduce cost as appropriate in order to optimize asset utilization.
7) Direct, submit and negotiate claims to settlement as required to ensure that progress claims are submitted and paid in a timely manner.
8) Plan, analyze and establish detailed cost forecasts, manage variations in order to close out to maximize returns in a timely manner.
9) Direct, control and manage all statutory permits and approvals as required to proceed with the contract to ensure all permits and formalities are complete and valid.
10) Establish to maintain and manage all stakeholders interests to ensure harmonious and cooperative relationships in industrial relations, community relations and staff welfare in all aspects of the project.

MINING ENGINEER focusing on Mining Technology and System
(Jakarta and Project Site)

Requirements:
1. Min. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering,
2. Min. 2 years previous experience as a Mining Engineer,
3. Good analytical and problem solving skill,
4. Attention to details,
5. Good understand of Mining Business Process,
6. Willing to be located in Jakarta office or one of company s mining site. For Jakarta-based position, must be willing to travel to company s mining site to provide training,
7. Must be proficient in Excel, Power Point, Report Preparation and Presentation,

1) Assist in the deployment of the companies selected fleet management system.
2) Train site team members in the use of the fleet management system and train supervisors in pit control operations, as required.
3) Provide leadership and direction to the site engineers and management by establishing clear deliverables through goal setting and clear lines of accountability.
4) Undertake daily management of Mine Production Information and reporting systems.
5) Work closely with ICT department and vendors to ensure system issues are resolved in a timely fashion.

4) Complete daily timesheets, including activity descriptions and cost codes, for each person and, where required, plant item under his responsibility.
5) Prepare data of real/ technical cost, liaise with surveyor in calculate mining reserve from drilling for project analysis purpose.
6) Coordinate requisition for small tools and consumable materials as required in order to provide site operations support.

5) Monitoring and setting timelines for license renewal and approvals.
