RECRUITER
Position Summary: Implement and administer the Human Resources- Sourcing and Selection system in Indonesia to meet District objectives. Co-ordinate and implement Recruitment process to meet the needs of internal customers in a cost effective manner.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clear understanding of the policies and procedures of the QHSE Management System, and advice on potential focus areas to improve the system.
- Analyze and improve Human Resource - Sourcing and Selection issues and develop plans to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and maintain all elements of the Human Resources- Sourcing, Selection and on boarding system including:
- Workforce Planning – liaise with business managers on staff requirements
- Job descriptions – review, update and issue all Job Descriptions for all positions in Indonesia
- Sourcing – implement sourcing strategies to maximize candidate mix
- Selection – manage process and utilize recruitment agencies as required to fill vacant positions using the selection criteria.
- Contracts – create and issue employment contracts. Revise employment contract clauses as required.
- Induction – manage process to ensure new employees are fully inducted into the company according to procedure.
- Act as advisor to all product lines / divisions on recruitment and HR issues.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- S1 graduated in Psychology is a must
- Experience 2 or 3 years as Recruiter preferably in Consultant Company
- Excellent knowledge of contemporary recruitment procedures and practices.
- Strong in English both written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiar with Psychology test
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under-pressure
- Well organized & Target Oriented
