As part of our expansion plan, we are currently looking for a qualified candidate to fill the following position:
Inventory Coordinator (Jakarta)
Responsibilities: The inventory coordinator is responsible for managing inventory to budget levels and all stores related activities. This position will have interactions with various dept’s of the company both local and overseas. Other duties include administrative assistance to Managers and assistance with loading of media to portable loaders.
- Receipt/ dispatch of goods
- Issue of spares to the workshop
- Manage the inventory
- Manage the repair cycle of parts/ disposal of scrap parts
- Manage consumables and shelf life controlled stock
- Control of quarantine items
- Maintain records for batch control and item traceability
- Media loading of portable loaders
- Other inventory administration
Requirements:
- Relevant diploma/ degree in inventory control with experience in managing inventory
- Good working knowledge of MS office suite with emphasis on Excel and Word
- Knowledge / experience in working to aviation regulations would be an advantage
- Previous experience in ESD controlled environments would be an advantage
- Valid drivers licence
