We are a leading company in the food & hospitality industry, currently seeking for Qualified and Dynamic Candidates to join us in the following positions :
OPERATION MANAGER / FB MANAGER
Qualification :
- D3 Hotel & Tourism Academy
- Male, age max 45 years
- Min 5 years experience as Catering Manager at international oil and gas project, mining project, Catering, Maintenance and Housekeeping operation for remote camp with over 200 persons /International Hotel
- Have certificate Basic Safety Training, Food Handler training and Passport or Seaman Book
- Have experience in four stars hotel preferably
- Able to communicate in English both oral and written
- Have a good knowledge of HSE standards, administrative works of day to day camp operation and office computer skill
- Have interpersonal relation, leadership and communication skill preferably
- Willing to be assigned in any place within Indonesia
- Able to work under pressure
