Requirements
- Hold an S1/S2 degree in Mining Engineering.
- Not older than 25 years (for S1) or 28 years (for S2) of age in the year of admittance.
- Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 grade scale (for S1) or 3.25 on a 4.0 grade scale (for S2)
- Pass psychological test.
- Pass technical test.
- Proficient in English (minimum at Intermediate level).

Senior Engineer – Project Electrical (Code: SE-PE) Kalimantan Timur
Key elements of the position include:
- Liaise with customers, contractors, consultants and KPC personnel for electrical and control system and related project requirements, provide technical advice and ensure that project team delivers service consistent with time, cost, quality, environmental and safety parameters.
- Monitor and review the project progress performance, in conjunction with the Engineers and Design Draftsman, against targets, and ensure functions undertaken are consistent with project goals.
- Forward regular reports and updates as required to the Superintendent to provide an overview of the project activities, recommend improvement and be informative and demonstrate accountability.
- Oversee project and coordinate engineers relating to optimization, upgrade and expansion working on specific projects. To satisfy customer needs, meet business targets and improve the effectiveness of the project team.
- Oversee the project team activities to keep up-to-date with work issues, monitor the effectiveness of tools and techniques employed, maximize efficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance performance.
- Participate and contribute to meetings to highlight project issues, influence work priorities and understand Dept’s, and the Section strategic objectives.
- Promote and reinforce compliance with KPC's safety rules and regulations by improving project team awareness, ensuring all project engineer conducts regular behavioral and system audits and condition inspections, recognizing their contributions and promptly addressing problem areas.
- Promote and reinforce compliance with KPC’s Environmental Management Policy by improving project team awareness, monitoring operational activities to identify non conformance and taking the appropriate corrective measures to ensure compliance with KPC standards.
Requirements
- Minimum S1 degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years experiences in fixed plant; or power generation, transmission & distribution; especially in mining, oil & gas or manufacture industry.
- Good leadership skills.
- Able to operate application software such as MS Word, MS Project, Excel etc.
- Knowledge of PLC programming.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written) in both bahasa Indonesia and English.
